This is a great opportunity to join a family feel law firm in the heart of London on the stage of securing a massive deal on a contract basis. It is a great company to work for with healthy work-life balance, where you could add value in terms of your experience and knowledge. You will be working very closely with the Senior Associate on the contract drafting side of the deal, and will be a valuable team player and will be able to get really involved in the process.
Ideally you will be:
– A qualified UK solicitor with about 3 years post-qualified experience;
– A specialist in corporate law;
– Will come from law firm background – small or large firm;
– Will be happy to commit for 2-3 month (there are also possibility to stay longer or to g perm too) and start immediately;
– Fluent Russian and English;
– Will be able to work independently as well as a part of a team.
