As a Russian speaking Customer Service Advisor you will deliver the highest degree of telephone manner, provide excellent product & service knowledge and solutions, retain customers and ensure the highest satisfactory level of customer service is met.
Ideal Russian speaking Customer Service Advisor will be/have:
• Fluent speaker of Russian and English
• Extreme flexibility with time is a must as you will be working on the Russian markets
• Quick learner – all training will be provided
• Excellent and effective communication skills
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task and effectively manage deadlines
• Strong typing skills; minimum of 40 wpm
• Willingness to learn, develop and progress
