Position: Construction Project Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Russian speaking Construction Project Manager to join a well-established construction firm based in Central London. You will be managing a major construction site in Surrey as well as be involved in a number of projects in London.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the budget and quality of the project
- Planning and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors
- Determining the scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines
- Negotiating contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers
- Securing of building permits and licenses and delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites
- Ensuring compliance with building and safety codes
- Resolving any issues that might hinder the timely completion of the project
- Overseeing permit submission and design evaluations
- Conducting meetings on-site with architects, clients and construction crew
- Preparing and submitting project estimates to clients
A successful candidate will be/have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management in the UK
- Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings and plan sets
- Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures
- Extensive experiencing managing budgets for large construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment
- Fluent Russian and English
- Ability and willingness to travel to Surrey on a regular basis
