FAQ

How can I apply for a job?

You can apply for a job through our website from the Vacancies page or a job board online by responding to one of the listed vacancies. If there are currently no roles of interest for you, but you still want to register, fill in the form from the Candidate’s page on the website here. You will need your professional CV in English in Word or PDF format to apply for a job.

What happens next?

If your skills and experience are a strong match for the role to which you have applied or any similar we have on the website, our consultant will get in touch to schedule an interview.

Do I need to attend an interview in person with a recruiter?

As a fully remote team of recruiters, we prefer registering the candidates over the phone or via video interviews. It helps consultants to remember the candidates better and have a chance to get to know you professionally. We also sometimes provide feedback on a candidate’s interview skills that could help you perform better at the interview with a potential employer in the future.

DO YOU SPONSOR UK VISA?

In case our client is open to sponsoring the visa, we add this information to the vacancy description. Unfortunately, we cannot support your UK visa application or provide information on this matter. However, you can learn more about visas on the official UK Government website.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REGISTRATION WITH RSI?

No, registration is free and can be done via our website, phone or video call.

IF MY APPLICATION IS NOT SUCCESSFUL THIS TIME, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Your CV will be saved in our database for future opportunities. The consultant you have registered with (or his/her colleague) will get in touch if your skills and experience match a new role and if the role meets your expectations.

However, we also recommend developing a proactive approach and applying for new roles online when you see something suitable.

WHY NO ONE ANSWERED MY EMAIL?

Sometimes, due to the high volume of applications and emails, we might be unable to reach out to every applicant. However, our consultant will get in touch if your skills and experience are a strong match for the role to which you have applied or any similar we have on the website. If you have registered earlier with one of our consultants, feel free to approach them directly and ask your question.

WHY DON'T YOU CONTACT ME?

At any given time, we have a particular number of available roles, and at the same time, we have an extensive database of candidates in the UK and EU, which makes it impossible to place every single person, but only those that meet all the requirements and criteria provided by the employer for a specific vacancy as well as have demonstrated the skills and have proven relevant experience in the field.

You are very welcome to develop a proactive approach and respond to new vacancies online or get in touch with your consultant, follow up by email or inform us about your availability.

DO YOU HIRE ONLY EASTERN EUROPEAN CANDIDATES?

Nope, we also work with international clients and source a variety of candidates. However, most of our roles do require Eastern European or European language skills. Reach out to enquire about a particular role. Usually, we write in the Job Title if there is a specific language requirement.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR REGISTRATION?

You will need to provide an original document confirming your legal status in the UK or Europe, stating you are allowed to work in the country. We are obliged to have a copy of the original document for our compliance.

We also advise you to share any additional documents when available to facilitate any future compliance checks of your documents status, references etc.: diploma or certificate of the highest education achieved; any test results related to your profession, e.g. MS Office test result, CFA certificate, ACCA diploma etc.; any written references you may hold from your previous employers, recommendation letters and any additional documents you feel proud of showing off.

How do you work?

We receive and post a new role on our website and job boards. Candidates apply online. Sometimes, we received 500+ applications for one job. We might not be able to reach out to every applicant due to the high volume of applications. However, our consultant will get in touch if your skills and experience are a strong match for the role to which you have applied or any similar we have on the website.

Meanwhile, we check the availability and interest of the registered candidates.

We check if the applications meet basic requirements in terms of qualification, specialisation, experience, language skills, seniority level, etc. We conduct an initial evaluation of the CV. Next, we get in touch with the candidates by phone or email.

If the phone interview is successful, we schedule a video interview with the consultant.

After the interview, we write a short cover letter to emphasise the candidate’s suitability and skills for a particular role and send a shortlist to the client.

We receive client’s feedback and guidance on who the company would like to meet for the interview online or at their office. We provide feedback to the candidates and schedule the interview accordingly. We brief the candidate prior to the interview and support them through the selection process.

We aim to get back to the candidate within two weeks and provide feedback. Depending on the situation, it may take more time. Feel free to check with your consultant. Please inform us if you have changed your decision regarding a role or if you have doubts.

Please note that we have a particular number of available roles at any given time and do not search for new roles upon the candidate’s request. The recruiters don’t find you a job as such, but work with available vacancies to find the best match.
