  • Drive family members and household staff safely and discreetly whenever needed
  • Serve as the go-to liaison for tradespeople and contractors visiting the property
  • Keep a running inventory of household items and equipment, reordering or replacing stock as required
  • Take ownership of the property’s overall condition and upkeep, keeping day-to-day operations running seamlessly
  • Remain reachable for urgent callouts, including alarm activations, outside of standard hours
  • Play an active part in administrative tasks, from budget tracking to coordinating the household calendar
  • Handle errands and shopping duties on an as-needed basis
  • Maintain accurate records for all vehicles kept on site
  • Oversee housekeeping and maintenance personnel day to day, ensuring standards are consistently met
  • Carry out occasional grounds and DIY-type tasks as they arise
  • Support the coordination of refurbishment or renovation projects
  • Keep vehicles road-ready, running pre- and post-journey checks
  • Liaise closely with fellow staff to keep the household functioning smoothly as a unit

Key Skills

  • Willing to put in extra hours from time to time as the role demands
  • Fluent in both English and Russian
  • Solid grasp of property upkeep and building work — comfortable pricing services and steering projects through to completion
  • A composed, trustworthy, adaptable, and diplomatic personality
  • Experience working within the UK, with an existing right to work here
  • Comfortable operating within a close, collaborative household team, with the ability to also direct others
  • Around five years or more in a Household, Estate, or Property Management capacity, ideally
  • A clean, valid UK driving licence

Job Benefits

  • Live-out arrangement with straightforward commuting access
  • A competitive salary in line with the market, plus potential for a discretionary bonus
