Our client is now looking for a flexible, willing and committed Personal Assistant/PA to join the family on a permanent, long-term basis. You will be involved in all matters from project managing a multi-million property to assisting with childcare. Our client is looking for someone who is flexible, open-minded and willing to take on all duties required to run a household.
Private Personal Assistant/PA duties;
• Managing the renovation of the property (liaising with sub-contractors, interior designers and all relevant personnel)
• Sourcing required items in and around the home
• Monitoring and updating security
• Shopping
• Taking children to school/after school activities (as and when necessary)
• Organising and managing external staff e.g. tutors, gardeners
• Managing the whole household in the absence of the client
Private Personal Assistant/PA must be/have;
• Excellent level of English is essential (Russian language is highly desirable)
• Minimum of 8 years working experience in a London/UK based company; Minimum of 2 years within a Personal Assistant role
• Must hold a UK driving licence; minimum of 3 years driving experience in London/UK
• Able to travel/work remotely between Surrey and London
• Must be open to work 40-45 hours per week, with extreme flexibility and 24/7 accessibility for emergencies
• Positive, flexible and hard-working attitude
