Our client is an international consulting company which provides a full range of services, including immigration services, business services (incorporation of companies, accounting services etc.), educational advisory, legal services and a broad range of other services for clients coming from CIS region, China, EU and UK. Currently, due to the company’s rapid growth, the client is looking to expand their finance team with a qualified or part-qualified accountant with management accounting experience and fluent Russian.
Scope of responsibilities of the Russian Speaking Management Accountant:
- Producing monthly consolidated management reports
- Continually adapt and improve management reports as agreed with Head of Finance
- Prepare financial statements for internal and external use
- Reconcile spending with budget as part of job costing
- Recommend methods and strategies for cutting cost
- Consolidate annual budget, including long-term cash-flow planning
- Perform key balance sheet reconciliation tasks and central journal postings
- Address any inaccuracies or differences to ensure accuracy, quality and completeness of all incoming data
- Analyse financial performance and forecast longer term horizons
- Maintain records and support auditing efforts

- Other ad hoc duties as prescribed by the Senior Finance Team to assist in achieving company’s objectives
Requirements:
- High standard of written and verbal English and Russian
- Qualified/partly qualified (CIMA, ACCA, AAT or equiv.)
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Ability to ‘think outside the box’ and to assimilate data into meaningful financial information
- Ability to work under pressure and to deliver accurate, high quality work and reports to deadlines and to required standards
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, SAGE/XERO, other accounting software would be a bonus
- A meticulous and methodical approach and excellent eye to detail
- Flexibility and self-motivation
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
