Purpose of role:
- Providing excellent customer service and organising daily workload at the SPA
Responsibilities:
- Building and developing long-lasting relationships with customers
- Working with the database
- Emails communication and managing correspondence
- Preparing marketing materials
- Client engagement (email, face-to-face, social media)
- Posting in social media and advertising websites
- Communicating the clients available services in good details
- Assistting with daily tasks and paperworks
Skills/Experience:
- The successful candidate must be fluent in Russian and speak good English, must be able to communicate confidently in spoken and written form
- The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will have proved themselves to be an excellent communicator who can identify customer’s needs, deliver a high level of customer service whilst maximising the sales opportunity
- Demonstrable skills in spa services/reception
- Any experience in client-facing role or Receptionist will be a bonus
