This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Sales and Investments Executive within the UK property market who speaks fluent Russian and can engage HNW CIS representatives to buy and invest into the UK property solutions.
You will be responsible for:
- New and existing business development, engaging and answering all new and existing clients’ requests regarding buying, investing, renting, developing residential and commercial property projects
- Offering high-quality solutions regarding property types, prices for a wide variety of clients
- Full property market and developments analysis
- Budgeting and P&L analysis for the property development and rental projects
- Searching for suitable properties available on the UK market
- Arranging meetings and viewings to see the property
- Coordination of all aspects of buying and investment processes, liaising with mortgage providers, solicitors etc.
- Research and advising clients on financing offers from banks and lending institutions
- Legal contracts, fee agreements and other documents
- Preparing marketing brochures for business development purposes
A suitable candidate for the role will have:
- A business degree would be highly advantageous
- Experience working within real estate industry in the UK
- Positive, can-do and flexible attitude to work
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to deliver on your own initiative
- Initiative and can-do approach
- Fluent Russian and English language skills
