Duties/Responsibilities;
• You will head the Corporate Business Unit which provides corporate services in formation and maintenance of off-shore companies;
• Providing advisory services on: virtual office and physical presence solutions, selection, establishment, maintenance and restructuring of offshore and onshore companies;
• Trust and international tax planning solutions, corporate structuring and financial engineering;
• Expertise in utilising double tax treaties, establishment of offshore trusts and foundations in a variety of jurisdictions;
• Drafting commercial, consultancy and employment contracts, assistance with EU and Russia/CIS business and fiscal engineering and on all aspects of UK and international tax issues;
• Leverage with worldwide network of specialist lawyers, tax consultants, investment advisers and other professionals to implement the agreed structure.
Must have/be;
• Fluent speaker of Russian and English
• Legal/Economics/Business related degree
• Extensive experience in corporate business management with similar responsibilities in offshore account opening.
• You will be a proven team leader with great communication skills, client oriented attitude and ability to win new businesses. The existing clients’ book will be highly appreciated and remunerated.
