Are you an experienced Store Manager with exposure in high-end retail? Do you speak French fluently? Would you like a step up in your career with more strategic involvement? Then this is a great opportunity for you!
Our client, an established luxury children`s wear company is opening new stores across London and is now looking to appoint Store Managers with fluent French. As a Store Manager you will be responsible for sales, generation of new business and brand promotion in the UK. Your duties will also include personnel management (recruitment, supervision, and appraisals), customer complaints, supplier liaising, merchandising, payroll, etc. This is a very diverse role and would suit someone pro-active, self-motivated with excellent leadership skills and high level of professionalism.
Ideally you will:
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in the UK, luxury retail background is highly desirable;
• Be willing to work flexible hours and days (weekend work with two other days in the week off);
• Be fluent in English as well as in French (mandatory);
• Be pro-active, willing to take responsibility and effectively manage staff;
• Russian is a bonus
