We have an excellent opportunity for a Russian Speaking Personal Assistant/Office Manager to join a close-nit team based in the heart of Mayfair.
As Russian Speaking PA/OM you will be required to provide administrative support to a small team of designers as well as MD of the company. You will be performing office management duties, including maintaining the filing system and documents flow, liaising with third parties and suppliers, dealing with incoming correspondence, ordering stationary, etc. You will also be required to act as PA to MD in managing the diary, organising the meetings with HNW clients of this interior design firm, arranging travel, assisting with presentations and any other materials required for client meetings. You will also be involved in any ad-hoc projects and will get a chance to progress into more project-based role in the future.
Russian Speaking PA/OM must be/have;
– Fluent Russian and English;
– PA/OM experience in the UK, preferably working for a smaller firm;
– Great attention to detail and pro-active approach;
– Confidence in liaising with HNW clients and excellent communication skills;
– Dynamic, polished and well-presented;
