This is an outstanding opportunity for a professional candidate with an international mind set, ambitious investment drive, hands-on and project oriented capabilities, superb financial modelling skills and willingness to join a highly renowned and rapidly growing firm in their London office.

As a Real Estate Investment Executive your primary responsibility will be developing the real estate assets (residential) across the main markets of EU (Germany, France, Spain, Italy etc.) The position will revolve around generating and maintaining investees` value throughout the entire life cycle of each investment up until exit. In addition, the duties will include but will not be limited to:

 

  • Extensive due diligence of the potential projects
  • Research and analysis of potential values of the project, micro and macro economical conditions etc.
  • Deal evaluation and financial modelling
  • Deal and transaction structuring, transaction support
  • Preparation of regular investment and operational performance reports for the investor
  • Traveling abroad and dealing with local investment communities; government authorities, legal and financial advisors, architects, designers, contractors or any other third parties when required
  • Controlling and maintenance of planning and building permissions for each project geographically
  • Seeing the project through its life cycle all the way until exiting while maximising the outcome.

 

Real Estate Investment Executive MUST be/have:

 

  • A holder a Master’s degree preferably in Real Estate studies, Finance and/or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of experience with EUROPEAN real estate portfolio (residential is highly preferred) on the development side and sound experience of full investment life cycle. Hands-on approach to RE and investment tasks, ability to do full aspects of the investment cycle, from modelling to execution of the project
  • An in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry across EU, sound interest and desire to get hold of projects and develop professionally
  • Strong analytical, communications and people management skills
  • Russian and/or any EU language skills are a strong advantage.

 

The ideal candidate candidate’s background would be a Senior Portfolio Manager in a Real Estate Investments Firm/Banking or in Private Equity Real Estate firm, ideally with the assets across Europe. In addition, the role will involve substantial travel across EU countries, but will be based in the Central London office.
