This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Creative Producer with sound knowledge and experience in launching and scaling mobile applications, working with BtoC digital products, and owning the full creative cycle. Our client is a successful EU-based app development company with an impressive portfolio of apps and exciting ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Creating and scaling paid social creatives for Meta and TikTok, occasionally Google/YouTube
- Owning the full creative cycle: research → hypothesis → brief/script → production with designers/motion/video/UGC → launch → performance readout → iteration
- Analysing performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and turning them into creative decisions
- Writing clear briefs, scripts, hooks, angles, and direct-response messaging for static, video, UGC, and interactive creatives
- Working cross-functionally with UA managers, motion designers, graphic designers, copywriters, UGC creators, product stakeholders, and production teams
- Using Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Centre, Similarweb/AppMagic/Facebook Ad Library and competitor tracking habitually
- Improving the testing system/production workflow
- Balancing creative taste with production discipline: asset specs, versioning, handoffs, trackers, deadlines, QA, platform constraints
- Working on UGC, storytelling, creator-led content, or emotionally strong hooks, especially in wellness/self-improvement/lifestyle categories
- Working with AI tools for ideation and production acceleration: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Gemini, Claude, Kaiber or similar
Key skills
- 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer / Senior Creative Producer / Creative Marketing Manager / Creative Marketing Specialist / Creative Strategist in mobile apps, subscription products, consumer web, wellness, edtech, utilities, AI tools, or similar B2C digital products
- Hands-on experience creating and scaling paid social creatives for Meta and TikTok; Google/YouTube is a strong plus
- Proven ability to own the full creative cycle: research → hypothesis → brief/script → production with designers/motion/video/UGC → launch → performance readout → iteration
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and ability to turn them into creative decisions
- Experience writing clear briefs, scripts, hooks, angles, and direct-response messaging for static, video, UGC, and interactive creatives
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with UA managers, motion designers, graphic designers, copywriters, UGC creators, product stakeholders, and production teams
- English at B2 / Upper-Intermediate or above
