This is a great opportunity for a professional Head of FO/Chief of Staff who will manage a HNWI’s office and lifestyle. The role is based in the heart of London.

Responsibilities:

  • Running of the private family office, having oversight of all work streams and operations, and managing structures and processes (HR, legal, financial, insurance, documentation, senior relationships, properties)
  • Oversight of all staff work stream and across all matters pertaining to the work of the private office ensuring seamless coordination
  • Managing all domestic household and office staff, inspiring discipline and high performance
  • Staffing and recruitment: hiring, managing the team, handling disciplinary matters
  • Implementing structures and processes
  • Contracts (employment, agreements, property and renewals)
  • Archiving of important documents (NDAs, employment contracts, legal documentation, agreements, property contracts etc.)
  • Liaison with legal and other professional advisors
  • Overseeing office IT provision
  • Oversee property assets (legal, documentation, tax)
  • Ensuring office remains compliant (e.g. Information Commissioners Office)
  • Financial reporting
  • Producing budgets
  • Processing invoice payments
  • Processing monthly payroll
  • Management of bank accounts
  • Insurance policies
  • Assent inventories
  • Engagement with Principal’s businesses as necessary and acting as primary point of contact
  • Gatekeeper for important relationships
  • Private office company director
  • Overseeing portfolio of properties and their associated operations in UK and Italy, including overseeing the promotion and marketing of rental properties Misc
  • Overseeing large events (parties etc.)

You will be/have:

  • Experience managing staff within a family office environment is preferred
  • Experience in operations, general HR, financial acumen, understanding of legal contracts and processes
  • A degree in a business field or another relevant degree is preferred
  • Good eye to detail
  • Superb communication skills
  • Trustworthy and discreet approach
  • European/Russian languages are an advantage
