This is a fantastic opportunity to become a part of a corporate international team with the Central London based office and an opportunity to work from home during the chairman’s travels. The best of both worlds!

 

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact on behalf of the chairman for people from both inside and outside the company, including government bodies and top international organisations
  • Intense international travel/accommodation arrangements for the chairman, including visas and other administrative support as may be required
  • Business and private diary management
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Participate in organising events/conferences
  • Reminding the chairman of important tasks and deadlines
  • Drafting and sending letters, including on behalf of the chairman
  • Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information, responsible handling of confidential information
  • Arranging board meetings, managing communication with the board members on behalf of the chairman
  • Organise, schedule and attend meetings, ensuring the chairman is well prepared for the meetings
  • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
  • Manage and maintain chairman’s budgets and expenses
  • Language support to guests
  • Work with IT for office technical support (including computers, phones, servers, Polycom, wi-fi, mobile apps etc. )

 

Relevant experience and requirements:

  • Sound, ideally corporate PA/EA experience, ideally supporting a board member
  • Immaculate English language skills
  • Fluent Russian language skills
  • To be adaptable, energetic, optimistic and enthusiastic
  • To be able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • To be available on the phone outside of working hours when required
  • High levels of personal tact and ability to apply judgement and discretion when required
