This is a great opportunity for a graduate with the ambition to learn entrepreneurship and business while working closely with a successful international business leader, who has recently relocated to London. Your role will evolve around cultural guidance, business and correspondence etiquette, business research and all related support function at an Assistant level. In return, you will get an opportunity to be a valuable business apprentice, working closely with the Principal on investment and business deals.

You will need to be a UK-based long-term resident with sound cultural awareness and ideally a degree from a UK university, native/near-native English, live in London and be capable to travel to the Office in Central London on a daily/nearly daily basis. Interest and willingness to assist an international entrepreneur during the UK period of adaptation, while learning and participating in a business setup in the UK.


  • Attending various business meetings, giving feedback, guiding conversations
  • Cultural adaptation process – assistance and advise
  • Liaising with banks, professional services firms, accountants, realtors etc.
  • Assisting with correspondence
  • Managing bills and payments
  • Organising travel and diary when required
  • Business research and informational analysis
  • Assisting with recruitment and interview processes to set up a team in the London office
  • Searching for office premises and arranging décor and office systems and procedures

Ideally, you will be/have

  • A UK-based university degree
  • Some/any office support experience is an advantage
  • Native/near-native English language
  • Sound cultural awareness of the UK and London
  • Mature attitude
  • Knowledge of when, where and how to arrange life in the UK
  • Sense of humour
  • Interest in learning and developing in business
