This is a great opportunity for an experienced PA/EA with fluent English and Russian to join a medium size asset management company based in the heart of London as EA to MD.
You will be based in their stylish offices in the heart of London, where you will undertake various traditional PA responsibilities: travel arrangements, diary management, phone calls and correspondence review. You will also be expected to deal with chauffeurs and other household staff, as well as participating in meetings and taking minutes, clerical duties and office management.
Ideally you wil be/have:
– At least 2-3 years of experience in the UK from the professional services company in the UK;
– Fluent Russian and English;
– UK/European Degree is highly preferred;
– Intelligent approach in any situation;
– Forward thinking;
– Superb organisational skills;
– Solid CV with responsible attitude towards the new career change;
– Great attention to detail;
– Flexible attitude and tenacity;
