We are now expanding our team and looking for a new and Kyrgyz Speaking Account Manager/ Consultant to join us on a permanent basis! This is a great opportunity for a Russian Speaking Business graduate with strong interest in HR/Recruitment sectors!
What’s involved?
You will be assisting in business development and account management, liaising with clients, research processes, arranging interviews and liaising with candidates on a daily basis, as well as getting involved in interviewing, short-listing and client relations processes. You will also be involved in marketing, branding and increasing the overall exposure of Red Square International and the active roles. The internship period is one month with flexibility and ideally we are looking for a person to start immediately and stay on with us on a permanent full-time basis upon successful completion.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
– Fluent in Russian, Kyrgyz and English – written and spoken;
– A business graduate with proven interest in HR/recruitment and consultancy;
– Capable of developing strong relationship with clients;
– Target driven and ambitious;
– Flexible and down to earth with hard working attitude and ability to get involved;
– Energetic and dynamic with strong team spirit;
– Good IT and Ms Office knowledge.
