This is a great opportunity for an experienced Russian Speaking Legal Associate to join a high flying law firm in the heart of London. You will be working very closely with the Senior Associate as well as supporting a few exciting cases alongside Partner, will be a valuable team player and will be able to get really involved in the process. The candidate should have transactional experience, experience with drafting shareholder agreements, options, etc.
Ideally the client is looking for :
– A qualified UK solicitor with about 2-3 years post-qualified experience;
– A specialist in corporate law;
– Fluent Russian and English;
– Happy to work on an ongoing contract;
– Law firm background – corporate and M&A, experience in reputable firms based in the UK;
– Will be able to work independently as well as a part of a team.
