Our UHNW client has recently relocated to London and is looking for an experienced Private and Business Personal Assistant with previous experience supporting UHNW clients. You will be working from the principal’s residency which is based in Chelsea, however relocation to an office should be expected soon.

Duties are varied and are mostly related to principal’s business activities but may also include private matters:

  • Diary management (business meetings/lunches/dinners as well as personal appointments)
  • Travel arrangements (visa/itineraries/accommodation bookings/holiday packages etc.)
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, partners and etc.
  • Liaise with third parties, banks, insurance companies, travel agents, property managements companies, councils and etc.
  • Organize private events
  • Research for properties, private yachts, jets and other exclusive deals if necessary

An ideal Private and Business and Personal Assistant will be/have:

  • At least 3 years’ previous experience supporting UHNWIs
  • Good numerical and budgeting skills
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and in fast-paced environment
  • Sense of tact and respect for confidentiality

 

Location: Chelsea, Kensington area, Central London.

Conditions: working from the estate, however relocation to the office should be expected

Salary depends on experience
