This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, creative Russian speaking Financial Services Marketing Manager professional to become part of a dynamic, growing financial company. The job will involve working with the company directors to develop new marketing strategies for entering emerging markets, offering the right candidate potential to grow to director level within 18 months.
Responsibilities will include:
• Market trend analysis and monitoring
• Dealing with clients and promoting the brand
• Identifying ways to improve and increase profitability
• Preparing marketing budgets and plans
• Managing production and producing report results against KPIs
• Attending trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
• Recruiting and managing marketing team
The ideal candidate will:
• Be fluent in all areas of communicating Russian and English
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of marketing within the FX Financial Services in Russia, and have proven success of developing and executing marketing plans
• Have experience of creating, implementing and managing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns via a range of communication channels e.g. SEO, social media, advertising, direct emails, as well as lead nurturing
• Have experience of creating reports to track the success of marketing initiatives
• Have experience of CRM and managing customer databases
• Be able to generate ideas for improvement based on results
• Possess a high level of attention to detail
• Have excellent project planning, scheduling and tracking skills
• Be self-motivated, creative and professional
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and experience of working with sales teams
• Possess basic layout/design skills for creating visually appealing emails and landing pages
• Possess a methodological and systematic approach to work
• Be educated to a degree level
