This is a great opportunity to join a family feel law firm in the heart of London with a strong focus on Russian and CIS markets. The company is looking for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated and experienced corporate law professional who is looking for a less structured environment and opportunity to get involved in the business. You will be working closely with the Partner on a large number of corporate transactions associated with Russian and CIS markets.
Ideally you will be:
– A qualified UK solicitor with about 3 PQE;
– A specialist in corporate law with excellent drafting skills;
– Will come from law firm background – small or large firm;
– Fluent Russian and English;
– Will be able to work independently as well as a part of a team.
