Our client is an ultra HNW individual, who has recently moved to London and needs a true ‘right hand’ person who will lead his way in the UK. The role will suit a very flexible individual, who doesn’t mind being reachable on the phone 24/7 and is used to working on most luxurious requests and deal with all the private matters. Russian Speaking High Calibre Private PA will be responsible for the principal`s diary, VIP travel arrangements worldwide, events` organisation for all the family members, shopping, liaising with lawyers, banks, tax advisors, etc. The candidate must have established contacts within the luxury segment in London (without the need to use concierge companies) and should be used to the highest standard of products and services without compromises.
The ideal Russian Speaking High Calibre Private PA must:
• Be native in Russian (highly well-spoken) with excellent command of English;
• Hold UK as well as Russian degree;
• Have established PERSONAL contacts with hotel managers, restaurant/club manager, VIP entertainment organisers, personal shoppers in London – mandatory for the role;
• 5+ years of Private PA experience in the UK working for HNWIs;
• Be flexible in terms of the working hours and be available 24/7 on the phone;
• Patience and stress resilience is a must, as well as positive attitude and energetic approach;
