Highly regarded law firm with a truly impressive international connections within major large corporate clients, entrepreneurs, as well as privately owned businesses aims to appoint an accomplished corporate solicitor with fluent Russian and English, qualified in the UK and ideally with 2 years PQE plus.
With such a wide client base and broad nature of transactions, the ideal candidate will have gained experience of M&A as well as company transactions, contract work and corporate internal processes. Experience in dealing with large transactions and excellent project management skills are highly desirable.

The Ideal candidate will be:
– UK qualified solicitor
– With experience in corporate law – contracts, transactions, M&A, company
– Ideally 2 years+ PQE

– Confidence and ability to liaise at senior level
– Great Client Relations skills
