This is a great opportunity for a Russian speaking ambitious individual to start his/her career in conference industry. At present our client is expanding their team due to continued success and we are seeking to hire a Sales Executive with an excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills. Conferences production varies from medical to architecture&development, as well as insurance sectors. As a Sales Executive you will be liaising at top level with managers/directors from Russia/CIS, key decision-makers and past delegates to ensure they are aware of future conferences, selling the benefits of attending and securing registrations.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
– Fluent Russian is a must, good standard of English
– Degree is highly preferred
– Computer literacy (EXCEL & OUTLOOK)
– 3-6 month sales experience (B2B, B2C) is preferable but not essential
– Excellent telephone manner and communication skills & strong negotiation skills
– A keen appetite to proactively chase and win new business
– Able to demonstrate high level of effective telephone sales activity
– Knowledge of CIS markets and ability to quickly learn and develop
– Flexible, able to work across multiple projects and perform under pressure
– Results focused
– Team player in addition to working on own initiative
