Our client, a leading investment institution, is looking for a buy-side Russian speaking Associate/Analyst to work closely with the Director of Special Situations Group. As SSG Associate, you will be working closely with team, undertaking such activities as market research, identification, evaluation and lead of investment committees. You will also be responsible for fundamental credit analysis and valuation of the businesses, detailed financial modelling (liquidity analysis) as well as due diligence. As Russian speaker, you will be primarily working with portfolio within CIS and Russian regions.
To be successful, you must have 4-5 years of experience in similar position, preferably with the most current role in credit, debt or equity fund. You will also have experience in distressed M&A, investment banking and financial restructuring along with financial modelling. As an individual, you must have outstanding analytical and research skills, exceptional organisation skills and time management abilities. You must be degree educated, preferably within Finance or Banking sector, have excellent communication skills both in Russian and in English.
