This is a great opportunity for an experienced private PA, Household or/and Asset Manager with fluent English and Russian languages, who would like to concentrate on the asset management side of their career and become a manager of a great household based in the heart of London and other luxury assets.
As a Russian Speaking Estate and Asset Manager you will be responsibilities for:
• All Project Management side of the estate – development, building, monitoring, budgeting, negotiating, repairs, maintenance etc.
• Supporting budgeting and analysis of various projects
• Negotiating of the deals with third party suppliers, banks, clients
• Liaising with household personnel, preparing rotas, arranging salary reviews, bonuses, holidays, contracts
• Arranging research of additional household team members, conducting interviews, organising new hires
• Supporting the Principal and other family members with various organisational matters – estate based events, meetings, dinners etc.
• Arranging luxury buys – research and negotiation
• Yachts, jets and luxury cars’ management – insurance, crew management, parking, maintenance etc.
• Art assets management
Ideally the Russian Speaking Estate and Household Manager will have/be:
• Confident manner of spoken and written communication in both English and Russian
• Great attention to details
• Sound private PA/asset and household/estate management experience in the UK with proven track record of getting involved in project management
• Flexible approach and willingness to put more than required to achieve great results
• Pro-active motivated candidate with professional manner at all times
