Our client is looking for a flexible, professional and organized Personal Assistant to work on a part-time basis with flexible hours upon request. This is an excellent opportunity as it offers a possibility to work from home or anywhere convenient for you. You will be working from home helping an extremely busy businessman with his daily administrative and personal tasks including basic accounting/bookkeeping, diary management, travel arrangements, event organization and other ad hoc projects. Although you will work from home, you will still be required to have regular meetings with the businessman once a week in his office based in Mayfair.
The successful PA will have:
– Excellent command of written and spoken English;
– Great attention to detail;
– Positive and upbeat attitude;
– Confident and professional telephone manners;
– Organizational and communication skills along with a high degree of flexibility;
– Some accounting experience would be considered as an advantage.
