This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic Russian speaking Account Representative professional to become part of a vibrant, growing trading company. The job will involve maintaining relationship with existing clients as well as establishing contacts with potential clients and business partners, promoting company’s products to customers, providing customers help and technical support, representing the company at live events and conduct webinars as well as assisting in other projects.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be fluent in all areas of communicating Russian and English
• Have relevant academic qualifications (preferably in Economics or Finance)
• Have a relevant experience in the financial services sector
• Be comfortable working a shift rota consisting of late and night shifts
• Be self-motivated, organised and able to handle high workload
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and professional behaviour towards clients
• IT literate ( experience with CRM database and knowledge of trading platform is a bonus)
