A great opportunity for a motivated, trustworthy and professional candidate interested in becoming a right-hand man to the Principal in the busy Family Office. This is a very dynamic environment, involving travel across the globe on the family’s private jet. As some physical helping and lifting may be involved in this private PA role, the role would be most suited to a male candidate.
You will be responsible for administrative and support duties, negotiating with hotels, coordinating travel arrangements from A-Z and ensuring everything is prepared prior to arrival, acting as a Business PA, looking after dairies, insurances, taxation in various jurisdictions, liaising with third parties, assisting with any ad-hoc projects as requested by Head of Family office or family itself. This is a highly involving role, with opportunities for progress and job enrichment.
The right candidate will have a fluent standard of English and Russian, and experience of working as a PA/Business Assistant working for HNWI in the UK. The candidate must be well presented, confident and have strong interpersonal skills in communicating with third parties and stakeholders at all levels, and most importantly an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
