Position: SME Operations Manager / Real Estate Portfolio Manager

Our client is a UHNW individual with a large portfolio of SMEs across England and Scotland. Having built the entire business by himself thanks to his hard work and dedication, our client is now looking for an active, helpful and dedicated Portfolio Manager to manage the businesses and to optimize operations.

You will be based in London however significant travelling to Scotland will be required. You will be working closely with the client advising him and often acting on his behalf.

Your responsibilities:

• Visiting business sites and controlling the operations
• Analysing the business structure and suggesting ways to improve or optimize business (if necessary)
• Analysing financial stability of the portfolio
• Organizing and structuring documentation
• Liaising closely with third parties, i.e. tenants, business partners, law firms etc.

A successful candidate will be/have:

• Previous experience managing property portfolios
• Business acumen and previous experience working with UHNW
• Flexible and able to travel extensively
• Numerical skills and ability to communicate efficiently
