The successful candidate will be involved in supporting the business by ensuring that all the aspects of business operations are performed in accordance to FSA regulations.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone with experience in Compliance to add to their repertoire at an exciting boutique business based in London. The successful applicant will act as a Senior Compliance Advisor. This will involve ensuring full compliance by line management with all procedural requirements, internal control standards,
and external legal requirements (e.g. Data Security, Financial Sanctions). In addition, you will be responsible for addressing any issues that are identified from internal monitoring and support activities in a timely matter as well as providing compliance guidance and advice to management team.

The ideal candidate should:
• Have a CF10 registration as well as solid experience as a compliance manager within financial services sector in the UK,
• Be a fluent Russian speaker,
• Have a must-do attitude and open-minded approach towards the tasks,
• Be a strategic and critical thinker.
