Our client is a  fast-growing online brokerage with headquarters in London,  currently looking for an experienced sales professional from the blockchain industry to join as Sales Manager to lead the direct sales process. Candidates from outside the Crypto and Blockchain are also strongly encouraged to apply. This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

Main responsibilities:

•  Identify, engage, and pursue partnerships with liquidity providers, other Defi projects, Crypto wallets, centralized exchanges, and the broader financial and crypto ecosystems
• Providing feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to help the company strategize its offerings and go-to-market strategy
• Bring existing partnerships with high-profile crypto projects, institutional investors, miners, and other parties of the crypto eco-system to a new level

Requirements:

• A university degree in Business, Finance, or related fields with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the financial sector
• Strong knowledge about the overall blockchain ecosystem, the dynamics, and the thematic trends, which includes but not limited to DeFi, OTC trade, crypto exchanges, and wallets
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, emotive) and ability to express ideas 
• Capacity to own your projects end-to-end, including setting the initial vision, driving execution, and reporting on the ultimate outcomes
• Highly self-motivated, energetic individual who builds strong relationships quickly
• High ethical standards and customer focus
• Good English oral and written communication abilities
