This is a great opportunity for a top calibre candidate, who has strong connections at top HNW level in London and has worked within private wealth management/luxury concierge services/private aviation etc. You need to be able to develop those connections and turn them into clients for this top class high end luxury lifestyle firm based in London.
You will be responsible for developing a client database in the UK from scratch by selling a top class financial product through regular face to face meetings, negotiating deals and proceeding orders. Our client is looking for a Senior candidate with developed book of clients to bring on board and outstanding sales track record. As a Sales Director, you will get the opportunity to form a team to manage and will be solely responsible for creating sales procedures, structures and bonuses for the team members. You will be required to travel when needed – location and frequency depending on the clients’ meetings. As a Sales Director will be able to earn impressive commission on top of your basic salary and develop in your career both professionally and financially.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
– Developed book of HNW clients in the UK, preferably Russian speaking;
– Experience within sales environment in private banking/wealth management/luxury concierge or private aviation;
– Go-getter attitude and impressive track record in sales and business development;
– Ability to communicate confidently at top level;
– Professional attitude at all times and drive to succeed;
– Russian and English language skills.
