You will be working alongside the Legal Counsel, and will be responsible for taxation and private wealth structuring. Your duties will include advising on the most appropriate tax structures in various jurisdictions, capital gain tax, remittance base taxation, structuring/restructuring of property and real estate assets, incorporation and administration of trusts and funds, wealth protection. As Russian Speaking Tax/Wealth Lawyer you will be liaising with property managers, external tax advisors, lawyers, trustees on a daily basis and will have the responsibility to reduce outsourcing fees for the company. You will be given a high level of responsibility for the in-house tasks as well as will be might have some involvement in corporate transactions, so you will be a confident communicator with great relationship building skills.
To be successful for the role of Russian Speaking Tax/Wealth Lawyer you must be/have:
– Fluent in Russian and English;
– UK-recognised degree in Taxation as well as legal qualification;
– 3+ years of solid legal experience in family office/private clients desk in London;
– Confident manner and ability to talk at top level with clients;
– Open mind with strong desire and ability to get involved in various law related projects;
