Responsibilities:

· Talent management strategy implementation

Qualifications:

· University degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration

· 5+ years’ experience in HR Business Partnership role

· Previous working experience in Talent Management Role

· Strong verbal and written communication

· Customer centric approach and commitment

· International/ global experience

· Strong facilitation skills in multicultural environment

· Building Relationships and networking

· Strong diagnostic and consulting skills, in a diverse multi-cultural environment
