We are now looking for a Russian Speaking professional whose desire is to work as a part of a new team, as well as the expert in system engineering!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide escalation support to issues received from the field
  • Debug diagnostic logs and create failure detection methods
  • Identify Vehicle Routines which can improve downtime of the asset
  • Designing and building failure detection algorithms
  • Designing control software logic
  • Validation of diagnostic software
  • Remote & onsite support as required for external teams
  • Supporting vehicle testing & demos when requested
  • Reviewing control SW for service enhancements relevant to necessary projects
  • Creating support processes for technicians in the field
  • Define SLAs for internal support with product support engineers.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • In depth knowledge of automotive systems and engineering tooling
  • Ability to work with raw CAN data
  • Able to read SW models and port interfaces
  • Carry out log traces and analysis
  • Electrical measurements of various components
  • Provide remote support and OTA updates
  • Quality assurance of escalated issues
  • Managing support and escalation processes
  • Self-managed
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple issues at the same time.
  • Adaptable to a variety of different tasks
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
  • Able to innovate on current ideas and provide new perspective solutions
  • Willingness to travel as required
