Are you a recruiter by experience and by nature? Would you consider working for an international large company operating in 14 countries? We are looking for Recruitment Manager.

You will be working in HR  team (consisting of 5 specialists) and will report to the Head of HR based in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruitment activities related to Corporate offices up to middle management vacancies;
• Lead and further build the recruitment team of currently 1 Junior Recruiter;
• You will be responsible for implementing new tools, channels and ways of working;
• Create an employer brand that attracts the best possible candidates;
• Design and implementation of recruitment procedures;
• Manage relationships with recruitment providers.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills

• A Bachelor or University degree;
• 5+ years’ experience within corporate recruitment;
• An entrepreneurial, creative and strategic mindset;
• You are driven by targets & results;
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Russian.
