We are now hiring an experienced Russian Speaking Receptionist/Personal Assistant for an FCA regulated brokerage house. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and clients visiting the office, therefore, an excellent client service is a must for the position.
Job description:
- Efficient response to incoming calls and emails
- Meeting & greeting visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Setting up meeting rooms and tidying up after meetings
- Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is always clean and welcoming
- Dealing with enquiries
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring stationary is stocked
- Booking travel arrangements
- Printing, binding and scanning documents
- Administrative support for 3 Directors
- Other adhoc duties
The successful candidate:
- Advance level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent written and spoken English and Russian
- Excellent telephone and office manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Ability to work independently and use initiative, as well as, part of a team
- Eligible to work in the UK
