Our client is a top level financial consultancy/ multi-family office firm is now looking for a top calibre Russian Speaking Receptionist, who can add value by professionalism and great customer service. You will be meeting and greeting visitors, being the first point of contact to all callers, will deal with correspondence, post and letters, couriers etc. You will also get involved in administration and all organisational office responsibilities, some event management and PA support work.
You have to be well presented with well spoken English and Russian language skills. Strong ability to liaise at all levels, confidence and good IT and communication skills are essential. Professional telephone manner is a key.
