We are looking for a Russian speaking Project Manager with extensive experience in Construction.

You will be working form the office based in Central London. The company is currently running a construction site in Surrey, so weekly travels outside London will be considered.

The successful Project Manager must have:

Experience of leading and implementing a broad range of projects, managing supplier contracts and ensuring service performance

New build and conversion construction experience (residential)

In-depth experience and knowledge of planning and working on different value projects

Experience in managing a team and a large project from start to finish

A sound understanding of modern construction techniques including; fit out trades, piling, cladding systems etc.

Excellent communication skills

Solid commercial acumen

English and Russian languages, both written and verbal

At least 3 years in UK construction experience
