Our client is now looking for an experienced PA to a CEO. This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience supporting UHNWIs in the past to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing family office environment. This role requires a positive, confident and proactive approach and someone who can work productively and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Extensive calendar management, including booking meetings, personal engagements and family outings.
- Booking and confirming complex travel arrangements including producing comprehensive travel itineraries, flights, hotels, cars, and visas
- Working closely with other staff members of the CEO’s household to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of family life
- Planning and organising company and family events
- Assisting in the creative process behind new initiatives
- Assisting in project management of new business ventures
- Day to day administrative tasks
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian is essential
- 3 + years’ experience in a similar role
- University degree
- Relentless attention to detail
- Incredibly organised
- Digitally and tech- savvy
- Experience in managing projects and events
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities and make decisions accordingly
- Proactive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Used to dealing with highly confidential matters
- Must be eligible for work in the UK
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and an interest in the visual arts are a plus
