We are looking for a highly organised and energetic Office Manager to join a well-established company in central London. The main responsibilities will include both administrative and catering support. A successful candidate must have previous relevant experience working in a busy environment and dealing with multiple tasks. It is an entry-level position therefore; it is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenging role.
Responsibilities:
- Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
- Meeting and greeting HNW clients
- Preparing tea/coffee and snacks
- Manage filing systems
- Organise and chair meetings with staff
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints
- Review and update health and safety policies and ensure they’re observed
- Check that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data, and review and update policies
- Set up, decorate and prepare serving areas/meeting rooms according to specific directions by the line manager
Requirements:
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with acute and thorough attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads and multitask, to work independently and proactively, and to be a good team player
- Professional and proactive
- Fluent Russian/English
- Resourceful skills with significant experience in providing hands-on research and assistance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can work on your own initiative and pre-empt requirements/needs
- Ability to be flexible whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines
