Our client is a UHNW Family whose wealth management office is based in Central London. There are approximately 15 people in the office. The Wealth Management Office is in charge of managing and administering various investments made by the Family in IT, telecommunications, innovative technologies and real estate
THE ROLE:
The role of a Lifestyle Manager will have both business and private nature. The main task is to work in a close-knit team of administrative professionals in order to cater to the Family’s business and private needs
DUTIES OF A LIFESTYLE MANAGER:
Luxury travel management:
• Booking private and commercial flights and other means of transport
• Proposing the most luxurious and exclusive accommodation in the area, always negotiating a good deal
• Building a trustworthy relationship with travel agencies, charter providers and hotel managers
• Participating in the leading hotels/airlines loyalty programs (collecting rewards, points)
• Preparing itineraries and ensuring smooth journey
• Updating records on the travel database
• Keeping up to date with the travel industry (new hotel openings, exclusive transportation and other services)
Creating newsletters of upcoming events/new restaurants in London and around the world
Booking tickets for theatres, concerts and sports events
Booking restaurants, couriers, taxi, ordering flowers and other services as requested
Diary management
Correspondence management (including drafting letters both in Russian and English)
Managing memberships (private members & sport clubs)
Arranging private medical and dental healthcare (including purchase of medicines and cosmetic products)
Education consultancy including help with private tuition, further education
Arranging VIP events
Personal shopping and gift searching
Conducting business research when necessary
Maintaining invoice database and keeping track on all paid and unpaid invoices
Occasional translating of documents from English into Russian and vice versa
SKILLS:
Previous relevant experience of at least 3 years
Strong knowledge of making complex travel arrangements
Fluent English and Russian translation skills are considered an advantage
Advanced IT skills in MS Office & research skills
Excellent eye to detail and ability to multi-task are essential skills for the company
