Do you have automotive technical knowledge? Do you have experience of Powertrain Systems for Batteries? Or Electrical Architecture for automobiles? Or a solid background of PCB Design? We have some exciting roles for you!
Our client is developing a new cutting edge automotive engineering solution that will be applied to various types of vehicles to optimise their efficiency and reduce pollution. This is a large new project with world-famous manufacturers involved in the process. You will be working along a team of about 40 people ranging from designers and engineers to project managers.
As a Russian speaking Electrical Engineer (Batteries), you will have a strong understanding of the software and electrical systems to ensure the vehicles comply with EMC standards. Effective communication skills are a must, to coordinate all handovers to production. You will also be required to support the Telematics system, maintain the diagnostics, improve quality and support RQI.
As a Russian Speaking Electrical Engineer (PCB), you will be involved with Digital and Analogue designs and posses strong working experience with Altium (Protel). Creating PCB design data, documentation and project support, you will also be involved in management, liaising with all departments (including R&T), interpreting technical evaluations and ensuring EMC practices are met.
As a Russian Speaking Electrical Engineer (Electrical Architecture), you will be involved with all Power Units and Machines, ensuring systems are developed. Strong background with CAD/CAM, FEA processes is a must and strong problem solving skills is essential as you will be heading all architecture design decisions.
Ideal Russian Speaking Project Engineer must be/have:
• Fluent speaker of Russian and English;
• Engineering Degree or higher in relevant discipline;
• Working experience/knowledge of Body-In-White (BIW) Engineering Solutions, WERS, AIMS and DVP, CAD/CAM, FEA;
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills;
• Able to produce creative and innovative ideas;
• Be based or willing to travel to Oxfordshire.
