We are now looking for a Russian Speaking professional whose desire is to work as a part of a new team, as well as to grow it accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-To-Day purchasing accountability and implementation of best practices throughout the function.
  • Analyses quote and negotiates prices & delivery conditions with suppliers.
  • Establishes cost reduction plan through supplier collaboration, market intelligence and spend leverage.
  • Identifies strategic partners and delivers improved products and lower costs to the organization through supplier management, strategic sourcing, commodity management and total cost principals.
  • Evaluates markets and sources of supply across agreed products/commodities
  • Manages risk mitigation (cost, price and or supply).
  • Negotiates and agrees contacts and monitors their progress, checks the quality of service provided
  • Some overseas travel may be required as and when restrictions allow and the need arises.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience, in either the planning or managing of a supply chain
  • Proven commercial exposure and experience of managing relationships with Suppliers
  • Ability to operate strategically and input into strategic growth plans
  • A sound commercial focus, understanding the impact your department’s actions have on the bottom line
  • Understand how to drive performance through a Continuous Improvement culture
  • Effective communicator with people at all levels of the business with the ability to develop positive relationships with senior management
  • High leadership ability, with an adaptive style and able to develop and motivate a team
  • Strong I.T Skill with an exceptional command over Microsoft Excel and/or knowledge of other purchasing systems
  • Good command of English (Russian is considered a bonus)
