Our client is an international retail support company operating in over 40 countries all over the world providing technical solutions in digital merchandising and pre-sales support. You will join an innovative, fast-paced, forward-thinking team of professionals in their office in Moscow, Russia and will report to the Managing Director EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new leads, generating new businesses, finding new clients, achieving quarterly and annual targets
- Looking for new opportunities to expand company services in new markets, regions, countries
- Understanding needs of the clients on an identified territory and advising on market strategy development
- Liaise with Account Managers and Sales Team on new leads
- Provide and ensure comprehensive support for existing clients
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the services and try to obtain references ti support future deals
- Provide comprehensive reports to the Managing Director on targets achievement and progress
A successful candidate will be/have:
- 8+ years in Business Development in Retail of CPG industry
- Ability to effectively communicate with high-level officers in target companies and develop strong and long-lasting relationships with them
- A successful track record of attracting new clients/developing leads/generating businesses and achieving multi-million sales quotas
- Excellent knowledge of Russia and EMEA market
- Constantly updating his/her knowledge on market trends and technologies
- Target-driven, self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
- Confident and professional approach
- Immaculate Russian and English (written and spoken)
