As Business Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Apostille – payment, document preparation
- Translation assistance
- Trademark registration assistance
- Monitoring dissolved companies: check regularly, archive, inform client
- Submission of Confirmation statements according to list
- Incorporation of Ltd’s, putting new companies in all lists for administration, paper archiving
- Creating packs of documents for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa – initial applications and extension
- Create list of companies for preparation of accounts
- Document filing
To succeed in this role you will need:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience preferably in corporate services
- Bachelor degree in Business would be an advantage
- Fluent English and Russian (both verbal and written)
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
