This is a great opportunity for a responsible, organised and committed candidate to join this property division of a large established fund.
As Russian Speaking Office Administrator/Accounts Assistant you will be providing general support to the office with 5 people team, covering basic finance as well as administrative support duties. You will be reporting to the Director and dealing with invoices, expenses, producing basic cash-flow reports, inputting data, assisting with budgets and management accounts as well as preparing some basic reports for outsourced accountants. On the administrative side, you will be dealing with correspondence, arranging travel, visas for the team, ordering stationary, maintaining filling system and any other ad hoc duties. The right candidate will have strong MS Office skills and will be able to work in power point and excel on an advanced level.
To be selected you must:
• At least BA level degree, ideally within accounting and finance;
• Studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA;
• Fluent English and Russian speaker;
• Solid knowledge of Excel, Sage experience is highly desirable;
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Real estate and property basic project accounting experience is advantageous;
• Proficient user of MS Office;
